    1989 Mexico Dos Mil Pesos El Banco De Mexico Note. Bill has a slight barely noticeable fold down the center. Bill was acquired in Mexico by family member in late 1980s or early 1990s. This bill is still in pristine condition and would be a nice addition to an international monetary collection. Justo Sierra is pictured on the note. Sierra was a prominent liberal Mexican writer, historian, journalist, poet, and political figure in the second half of the 19th century and early part of the 20th century.
