They allow a one inch three bolt driver to attach to a 4 bolt 1.5" horn opening. The adapters are about 4" tall. The plate for the 1.5" side is roughly 4" in diameter at about 3 15/16" and the plate for the 1" side is roughly 3" at about 2 15/16" in diameter. This will work with drivers such as the Dukane 5A540, Coral M100, JBL 2470 and many others.
