How to set the speed and choose attachments?
Speed 1: Soft mixing speeds. Hook for flour, beater for mashed potatoes and set the speed from low to high gradually for better performance.
Speed 2: Slow mixing speeds. Beater for sauce or salad dressing.
Speed 3: Medium speed mixing. Beater for batters, hook for soft dough.
Speed 4: High speed mixing and beating. Beater for cream and butter, hook for cookie dough.

Warm Tips：
1、When mixing dough, please stop the appliance after every 3 minutes of constant operation and let the hand mixer cool down for 25 minutes before next use to avoid motor overheating and help prolong the life of the product. Generally, 3 minutes mixing can finish a dough;
2、When mixing other ingredients, please let the hand mixers cool down 30 seconds after 3 minutes of constant operation.
3、Make sure two dough hooks inserted into the correct hole and installed firmly before starting.
4、Never put the main body into water, beaters and hooks are dishwasher-safe.
5、Do not put over 800g flour when making batters.
6、Advice to choose a mixing bowl that has plenty of room for the mixture.
7、Do not touch the attachments during the hand mixer working.
8、It will not come out when the power switch not on the "0" position when releasing the attachments.
9、It’s normal that dielectric oil on new motor will generate small amount of smog and be smelly during first time use.
