There is no date but this style note was issued in the 1950's & 1960's. The seal color was changed every 1,500,000 notes & I have seen a few of these Color Trials labelled with which notes the color was used on. Those are much rarer. More information below!

    COLOR TRIAL: BANK of MEXICO 1950-60's  50 Pesos SEALS for 4 Note Backs Ppd-USA
    This is a COLOR TRIAL SHEET for 4 FIFTY PESO Notes on a 8.5x11 SHEET of specialty paper made in the US with watermark of "Permanized PARCHMENT 100% COTTON U.S.A." in a slightly used  condition as it was a worksheet trying different colors for seals on the back of the 50 Peso notes. There is no date but this style note was issued in the 1950's & 1960's. The seal color is black and the color was changed every 1,500,000 notes & I have seen a few of these Color Trials Sheets labelled with which notes the color  was used on. Those sheets are much rarer.
    A little background on these ABNC (American Bank Note Company) notes. All the notes were printed in NYC but the seals were added by the Bank Of Mexico (except for One Peso Notes which were done in NYC with Mexican technicians on hand to see the process & other details that the ABNC employees could pass on to them) & then they could add these in Mexico. Also the One Peso notes were unlikely a target for theft. The higher denomination notes were "unfinished" notes.
