    Description

    The Mexico 50 Pesos Banknote, released in 2015, and is part of the 2004-2017 issues. This TAP authenticated banknote measures 127 x 66 m and is magenta-colored. The front side shows the portrait of Jose Maria Morelos y Pavon-the called Servant of the Nation who organized and was the architect of the second stage of the Mexican War of Independence. The back side shows the Morelia aqueduct and viceroy butterflies (Limenitis archippus). This banknote has no security thread and has no watermark.
