These CASINOS were operated to support medical care to local people. I don't know what exactly they had available, maybe card games with a cut to the House? It is dated 11 Jun 11 for monthly dues of Ten Pesos. Back has one gray 2c 1911 revenue stamp, rubber stamp cancelled. Measures 6" by 3". (Francisco Madero, though he was the youngest of the brothers and only son by the second wife, was running a good part of the family business. He had around 20 half-brothers and sisters and several uncles.)
