Lottery Ticket from MEXICO LOTTERY TICKET 15 Oct 1858 Academia de S. Carlos 4 Rls. EXPIRED!.
Printed in black with a blue underprint with the drawing numbers in Black. Measures about 2-3/4" by 4-1/2". This was the lottery that became the National Lottery. Note the national coat of arms at the top center. Ticket is lightly circulated. Back is signed "Rbi, Diego Furlong" (Recibí) indicating that he, Diego Furlong, "received" payment for this
winning
ticket, probably a minimal amount as higher amounts are usually stated.
This is an old lottery ticket and has no "Chance" value as it expired many years ago.
This is being sold as a historical item and not for gambling purposes. Please don't email me about illegal lottery tickets sales as this has one expired a long time ago.
