This note is listed as a Proof, but, with the proposed under print on the side opposite the Monument I would call it (Color Trial) Specimen (some call these "artists/engravers" (interim) proofs/specimens).  In any case it is the first that I have seen with the early underprint of the face added...  the catalogs make to reference to this design, only to the Monument side.

The catalogue numbering system used is the new "M" numbers as well as the 'modified' Douglas numbers, both of which are used in the new Mexican Paper Money catalogue (by Frampton).
