F+.  A Multiple Error note:  Green Underprint and Red Serial Number/Control Letters&Series on face are properly registered and centered as are the Blue Circular Seal and Control Letters on back;  HOWEVER, the Green Note Frame on the back is slanted upward from lower left to upper right and is mis-registered to the lower right corner - AND - the Blue Note Frame on the face is both slanted from lower left to upper right AS WELL AS Off-set printed to the right with the adjacent note having about 1/8th inch showing at left end.
NOTE:  Each L series consists of 99,999 notes.
