  • Condition: A Banking company Stock Cert. in AU condition and dated 1904 issued by "THE UNITED BANKING COMPANY", with office in Mexico DF, good for One 100 peso share; this document in AU condition with minimal signs of handling but has had some coupons cashed in, one 10 Centavo red printed revenue stamp at the document bottom center with cancellation . The document is about 11" by 8.5 and has the page of coupons which 8 remaining. Most of it is printed in black with frame and underprint in brown, The back has the usual laws and provisions which is shown in the second image. As it is it has 1 fold with the 8 coupons still present. Three signatures are present. It was printed by Bouligny & Schmidt of Mexico CIty. I have heard that this may have been a fraudulent issue and the company collapsed later but I have not been able to verify this yet.
